Now that we've all mastered the art of baking sour dough, I've found the perfect way to keep that fresh-baked texture of the leftover loaf by storing it in a bread bag. Bread bags are great for preserving the crust of freshly baked sourdough loaves.
Mine are handwoven in a cotton/linen blend in a variety of styles and colour palettes of blues or olives.
